The shares of Romania’s largest private healthcare services provider, MedLife, started trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on December 21, 2016, following the successful completion of the largest Initial Public Offer of a private company that has ever taken place on the Romanian capital market.

MedLife, a private medical services operator in Romania, said its turnover grew by 32.7 percent in this semester compared with the same period of 2015, up to EUR 58.72 million.

V4C was awarded the exit of the year for its sale of home.pl in December 2015 at the recent Executive Club Polish Private Equity Awards Gala. Marcin Kusmierz, the CEO of home.pl was also awarded “CEO of the Year” for his role in guiding the company’s growth during V4C’s ownership.

Today, Value4Capital announced the completion of the previously announced sale of its portfolio company home.pl to United Internet’s subsidiary 1&1 Internet SE, following receipt of the unconditional consent for the transaction from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
