Today, Value4Capital announced that it has agreed the sale of its portfolio company home.pl to United Internet’s (Xetra: UTDI) subsidiary 1&1 Internet SE, subject to anti-monopoly clearances.
MedLife, one of the leading private healthcare operators in Romania, ended 2014 with a total turnover of EUR 80 million and an EBITDA profit of EUR 13 million, up 25% year-on-year. The results are in line with initial estimations and above the market’s growth rate of 7-8%, the company announced.

MedLife, Romania’s largest private medical services provider, opened a hyper-clinic in Iasi, northeastern Romania, its eleventh in the country, following a EUR1.1 million investment, the company said in a statement.
Private healthcare operator MedLife recently bought two new laboratories in Iasi and Constanta. The company also opened two new health centers in Iasi and Galati earlier this year and plans to open two other centers by the end of 2014. The expansion strategy is due to continue in 2015.
