Rafał embarked on his career at UniCredit CAIB in Warsaw, first as an equity research analyst, focused on the media and real estate sectors and then migrating to corporate finance and equity capital markets projects in Warsaw, the Czech Republic and Turkey.

Joining V4C as an Associate, he worked on all aspects of diligence for a number of transaction. Promoted to Investment Director and in 2022, Partner, he has expanded his responsibilities and now is actively involved in deal sourcing and execution, value delivery, and exits. He has been appointed to the Boards of various portfolio companies including Kom-Eko, Summa Linguae and Shoper, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where he has worked closely with management teams to grow and develop their businesses.

Rafał is a CFA charter holder and also holds a CGMA professional designation. He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, having also studied in Singapore and Washington D.C.

In 2021, he completed an Executive MBA program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
