Marina Iwanowska
Investment Director
Marina began her career with the V4C team right out of university. She is based in the Warsaw office with a primary focus on transactions in Poland and the Baltics where her fluency in Polish, Russian and Lithuanian is best used. She has built relationships with the advisory community in these markets to source opportunities for the firm.
Marina is responsible for valuations, business plan analysis as well as overall due diligence of target companies. She is also active in post deal management, having served as a member of Supervisory Boards of Fornetti, Konsalnet/CHL and CR Media Consulting.
Marina also leads our annual ESG survey of portfolio companies, providing the quantitative analysis for the firm’s ESG reporting.
